PRICE MODELS

The best  uncorrelated drivers in related markets are taken to produce a fair value price model. This is then used to estimate direction.

If the underlying drivers can be accurately estimated into the future (eg For Copper, copper stocks and global Industrial Production), the price forecasts may be more accurate than from forecasting from the price alone.
